How our warranty works
After the repair is completed, the customer has 90 days to test the appliance and make sure the original issue has been resolved. In most cases, this is enough time to confirm that the appliance is working properly.
The reason our warranty period is 90 days is because most parts suppliers and manufacturers provide us with a 90-day warranty on replacement parts.
With many years of appliance repair experience, we have found that if a warranty issue happens, it usually appears within a few days or a few weeks after the repair.
Why can a warranty issue happen?
A warranty issue may happen for a few reasons: the replacement part may be faulty, the original issue may not be fully resolved, or another related issue may appear after the repair.
If the same issue happens within the warranty period, we usually do not charge extra labour. If the appliance requires an additional related part, the company that performed the original repair will provide a quote for the additional part only, with no extra labour charge for the same issue.
If the problem is a different issue, the customer may need to pay for travel, travel time, and a discounted labour charge.
These situations are rare, but they can happen. Appliance repairs can sometimes be difficult to predict, especially when dealing with electrical components, control boards, sensors, and other internal parts.
