Detailed Quote
Free during the launch promo. When the promo ends, the $20 fee is credited back if you book the repair through GradeRatePros within 30 days.
Video Call
$40. 50% is credited if you book a repair within 30 days. The consultation itself is non-refundable once conducted.
Repair services
Repair payments are made directly to the partner company. Refund requests on repair charges are handled by the partner, per their terms, with GradeRatePros support if needed.
Warranty repairs
Return visits under our warranty policy are not billed for labour on the same issue. See the Warranty page for full terms.
