To prepare your estimate, match you with a vetted partner, send booking and warranty updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
The vetted repair partner you select receives the information needed to complete the job (name, address, phone, appliance details). We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep data only as long as needed for service delivery, warranty, and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the Contact page. Complaints can be directed to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
