About Westcoast Commercial
Founded in 2014 by Marcus Chen, a former hotel-chain maintenance lead who saw small restaurants getting overcharged for the same fixes hotels paid pennies for.
Westcoast began with one van serving Gastown coffee shops and now runs a six-tech fleet across Metro Vancouver, with parts inventory for every major commercial brand: Hobart, Vulcan, Pitco, True, and Garland.
We focus on uptime: most calls receive a same-day on-site diagnosis, and our shop carries 80% of common breakdown parts so a single trip closes the ticket.
