About Cascade Home
Cascade was founded in 2011 by Hank Doerksen after 22 years repairing appliances for a national big-box chain - and watching customers get billed for parts they never needed.
The company is built around a simple rule: no diagnostic fee gets charged unless we can clearly explain what's wrong and quote the fix in writing before any work begins.
Today Cascade runs five vans covering Burnaby, New Westminster, and the Tri-Cities, and is the go-to for Bosch, Miele, LG, Samsung, and Whirlpool large appliance work.
